IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's

The IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s helps ensuring people affected by dementia have access to vital programs and services in their communities.

Register for Walk

Join us Sunday, May 28, at the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s, presented by Go Auto, to celebrate and remember the people in our lives who have been affected by dementia.

Currently, more than 85,000 people are living with dementia across the province – and that number is continually growing. By walking, we raise vital funds and awareness to create change for people affected by dementia in our community. Funds raised through the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s, presented by Go Auto, ensure people living with dementia and their families have access to Alzheimer Society of B.C. support, education and information. These funds also enable research into the causes of and cures for dementia. We invite and encourage you to walk in honour of someone in your life or community who has been touched by dementia.

This year, the Walk will take place in over 20 communities across the province. Register here to sign up as a team and start fundraising.

Help us show people on their dementia journey that they are not alone and help create dementia-friendly communities.

Climb for Alzheimer's

Nearly two in every three people in B.C. are affected by dementia. While there’s no cure yet, together we can make sure no one has to face this disease alone. On September 24, brave 2,830 steps up the Grouse Grind® to show up for and fundraise for people living with Alzheimer’s disease on what can be an uphill journey.
