In the fall of 2021, we consulted with a variety of stakeholders – people with lived experience, volunteers, staff, Board members, other Alzheimer Societies and other key partners and collaborators – to help inform our current one-year strategic plan covering April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023. This strategic plan is built around three pillars: championing change, driving a broad community of support, and ensuring mission excellence. You can read the full strategic plan here.

Now, as we lay the groundwork to develop the next multi-year plan, one that will extend beyond March 31, 2023, we have again invited our stakeholders to take part in the process. Their input will help us define the direction and goals for the Alzheimer Society of B.C. over the next few years as we continue to build a province where people affected by dementia are welcomed, supported and included.
